Email is the fastest way to reach us — we read every message personally. A little context up front helps us help you faster.
Use a clear subject line
Start with what your message is about — e.g. "Bug in Counting Stars" or "Year 3 worksheet question". A specific subject lets us route your email to the right person on the first read.
Add timing & device details
Tell us when the issue started, which browser or device your child was on, and what they were trying to do at the time. The more context, the quicker we can reproduce and fix.
For safety concerns, write "SAFETY"
Use SAFETY at the start of the subject line for anything safeguarding-related. Those messages jump to the top of our queue and get a reply within 4 hours on weekdays.
