1. What this policy covers

This policy explains how every game, worksheet, and learning page on Fun Math Kids is planned, written, reviewed, and maintained. It applies to all educational content on the site.

2. Who creates our content

Content is written by our named authors and checked by our editorial reviewers. Every game and worksheet page carries a byline identifying its author and reviewer. You can read about each team member on our Authors and Reviewers pages.

3. How content is reviewed

Before publication, each piece of content passes a two-step check: the author verifies mathematical accuracy and curriculum alignment (US, UK, CA, and AU standards named on the page), and an independent reviewer checks age-appropriateness, clarity, and difficulty progression. Early-years content (ages 2–7) is reviewed with a child development focus; upper-grade content (ages 8–14) with a mathematics focus.

4. Curriculum alignment

Where a page names a grade level or curriculum, that mapping has been checked against the public curriculum documents for the relevant region. Alignment statements are descriptive, not an endorsement by any education authority.

5. Child safety and advertising

Fun Math Kids is designed to be COPPA-conscious: no accounts, no chat, no user-generated content, and no personalised advertising to children. Progress data lives only on the family's own device. Our full data practices are described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Corrections

If we discover an error — mathematical, curricular, or factual — we correct the page and update its "last updated" date. If you spot a mistake, email funmathkidsteam@gmail.com or use the Contact page; content corrections are prioritised and typically resolved within a few days.

7. Independence

Educational content is never written or altered in exchange for payment. If the site ever displays advertising to adults, ads are clearly distinguishable from learning content and never influence what we teach or how we grade difficulty.
