Little Learners · Ages 5 to 7
All Little Learners gamesFill the missing numbers in the hundred chart to build number sense for ages 5 to 7.
Every activity is one step. Here is where this one fits.
Hundred Chart Builder turns the classic hundred chart into a hands-on construction task at a friendly robot factory. A band of the chart appears with some numbers missing, and the child places the correct numbers from a small palette to complete the grid. Selecting a blank cell and then a number — or a number and then a cell — snaps it into place when correct and gently rejects it when not, so the child reasons about what comes next, what came before, and how the tens and ones line up. The number of blanks grows with each level, and the chart band moves around so children meet numbers across the whole hundred. Working with the hundred chart builds the place-value foundations that underpin addition, subtraction, and skip counting, and it makes patterns in our number system visible and tactile. The game runs in any modern browser, needs no sign-up, and shows no advertising to children. Progress is saved only on the device and appears in the Parent Dashboard. It pairs well with our hundred chart and place-value worksheets for offline reinforcement.
Chosen by the skills this activity practises.
A maths question is shown in large text at the centre of the play area. A timer bar begins counting down from 60 seconds.
Answer options are shown as large buttons. Tap and drag, or use the mouse on desktop. Any input method works — touch, mouse or keyboard.
Each consecutive correct answer increases your streak. A longer streak lights up the flame icon and adds a bonus multiplier to the XP you earn for the level.
Each level has 4 questions. Complete them to earn the full level reward (+10 XP, plus up to +10 XP for a perfect run). Progress is saved locally and shown on the Parent Dashboard.
Mapped to national curriculum frameworks so teachers and parents can match practice to school standards.
