What You'll Learn
Measurement covers length, mass, capacity and temperature — choosing a sensible unit, reading a scale, and converting between units. Time sits alongside it: reading clocks, working with durations, and using calendars.
Time is the outlier on this whole list, and worth flagging. It is the only topic here that is not base ten. Sixty seconds, sixty minutes, twenty-four hours, seven days and twelve months, with an analogue clock where the same hand position means different things depending on which hand it is. A child fluent in decimals can still find "how long from 10:45 to 1:20" genuinely hard, and that is a property of the topic rather than of the child.

How to Use Measurement & Time Practice
Measure real things. Estimating a length and then checking it teaches more per minute than a page of unit conversions, and it builds the sense of scale that makes conversions meaningful afterwards.
For time, an analogue clock face you can physically turn is worth more than any worksheet. Duration questions are much easier to reason about on a number line than in columns — counting up from 10:45 to 11:00 and onwards avoids the borrowing that makes the vertical method error-prone in base sixty.
